BEYOND THE FRAME
A tree reaching toward the sky. A trunk rooted in the earth. Light filtering through a quiet landscape. I am drawn to these fleeting fragments of nature, knowing that a photograph can hold a moment, but never the whole of it.
With ink, I let the image escape its edges and continue beyond what the camera could contain. The photograph becomes a threshold between what was seen and what is imagined, inviting the eye to wander beyond the frame.
